If you spend long periods of time away from your property Turromar Services offers you the Control Pack. This is a reasonably priced subscription, with which your property will be visited monthly in order to carry out a comprehensive inspection of the interior and exterior.
Any incident or accident will be detected by Turromar Services, which will provide the owner with a fast report via e-mail (with photographs) or by telephone. At the same time, whenever the nature of the incident allows, we will aim to provide a solution to the problem, following an estimate and its approval by the owner, so that you do not need to worry. Work will be commissioned to companies that have contracts with Turromar Services.
Remittance of the report, with photographs if required, leaving a copy in the property.
